Proper Finance has been operating as an independent finance and mortgage broker for over 12 years in Melbourne and predominantly servicing the investor’s market and complex finance challenges.
Proper Finance were encountering growth challenges having previously had a small team but now was scaled a back to the Director. Business has been very steady and consistent in turnover but new business opportunities were proving difficult to find and qualify, leaving Proper Finance unable to generate new business growth.
As the website is still static and limited social media presence is in place, more opportunities come from existing clients and referrals which require a lengthy qualification process.
Given the limited budget for marketing, we agreed to conduct a one month demand generation trial.
We focused on building up our target database segmentation on a specific profile of high income earning professionals and business owners in professional services and this database becomes a significant deliverable to Proper Finance.
We also deliver a quality-over-quantity approach appointment setting service.
Over the course of the month, we delivered about ten appointments and of those, three were high value opportunities. One of those was successfully converted to sale resulting in the highest single loan transaction and commission paid, and consisted of three opportunities in one within a medical centre.
Proper Finance were very happy with the results and Return on Investment generation from the one month trial and intend to continue with the lead generation campaign to keep building a consistent pipeline of opportunities through qualified appointments.
